Debra Jean Billau was born on January 5, 1955 in Adrian, Michigan as the daughter of Nelda (Heiden) and Alvin "Pete" Billau.

She died at the age of 60 on March 30, 2015 in Sylvania, Lucas County, Ohio. Debra was buried at Toledo Memorial Park. At the time of her death, Debra was living in Temperance, Michigan.
