Henry Daniel Milhan was born January 8, 1889 in Raisinville Township, Monroe County, Michigan as the seventh child of Fred and Henrietta (Grey) Milhan.

He married Stella May Godfried on July 29, 1907 in Monroe. They had five children.

According to the 1950 U.S. Census, they were living at 641 Ida Maybee Road in Raisinville Township.

Henry died on April 20, 1958 in Ida, Michigan at the age of 69. Stella passed away on December 13, 1982 at the age of 91 at Mercy Memorial Hospital in Monroe.
 

Henry and Stella were living in Raisinville Township with their 2 children and working a 64 acre farm that they owned.

Fred (50) and Henrietta (47) were living on their farm on South Custer Road with children John (25)  Wilhelmina "Minnie" (24), Anna (21), Fred Jr. (18), Helena (17), William (15), Henry (10). Other relatives on the same page included John Heiden and Bertha Burgard.

Henry (41) and his wife, Stella, (39) were living on Ida Maybee Road with their children, Gilbert (21), Lewis (18), Frederick (13) and Marvin (7). Henry was listed as a carpenter. Gilbert was employed as a polisher in an auto factory.
Henry Milhan (51), listed as a carpenter, was living at 641 Lewis Avenue with his wife, Stella (49), son Marvin who was listed as capenter's helper and Harold (8)
