  Elaine
Joyce (Getty) DeLong was born on May 20, 1925 in
Blue Earth, Faribault County, Minnesota as the
daughter of David
James and Arla (Dobbdal) Getty.
After her father's
death in 1930, she, her mother and sisters moved to
Texas.
On June 30, 1947,
Elaine married Jack M. Delong in Bexar County,
Texas.
They had two
children:

Gayle (DeLong) Powne

Richard K. DeLong
Elaine died on July
7, 2010 at the age of 83 in San Antonio, Bexar
County, Texas and she is buried in the Sam Houston
National Cemetery. |
