Harold Downing was born October 15, 1927 in Britton,
Lenawee County, Michigan. He was the son
of Walter and
Vera (Grant) Downing.
On August 11, 1950,
he married Myrna Mae Beavers and they had three
children including:

Kent Steven Downing

Jeffrey Allen Downing

Tamara Sue Downing
Merlyn died on
August 24, 2013 in Adrian, Michigan. He is buried
at Brookside Cemetery in Tecumseh, Lenawee County,
Michigan.
