Frances (Zeluff) Eberhardt was born May 6, 1906 as the daughter of Lovia (Underwood) and Frank Zeluff.

She was married to Elmer Eberhardt and they had two children:

1. Polly Ann (Eberhardt) Judd

2. Patricia Kay (Eberhardt) Bolen
