Raymond Taylor was born on May 27, 1932 in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota as the son of John Henry and Mildred (Ware) Taylor.

He died on April 8, 1983 at the age of 50 in North Branch Township, Isanti County, Minnesota. Raymond was cremated.
