Michigan. He was the son of
Irene (Getty) and
Harold Cilley.
He was married to Deloris Brown and they had four

married Louis Bunge.
Harlow died on September 9, 2012 at the age of 84 in
Petersburg, Michigan. He is buried in Roselawn
