Johanna (Kempker) Hoffman was born on Tuesday,
August 4, 1863 in New Germany (now Egg Harbor City), Buena Vista
Township, Atlantic County, New Jersey. She was the
daughter of
Albert C., Sr. and Elisabeth (Rehmann) Kempker.
She married a man
named Hoffman.
In the 1910 census
(Farm Schedule), she was listed as "Head of
Household" and owned a farm. She was shown as having
two children at that time. |
