Charles Karl Herman Weber was born on Wednesday, April 1, 1891 in Hammonton, New Jersey. He was the second child of Charles and Louisa (Rehmann) Weber.

In the 1900 and 1910 census reports, Charles was living with his parents and siblings at Eleventh Street in Hammonton, Atlantic County, New Jersey.

About 1912, he married Ellen Hankins (circa 1893- ) and they had three children.

By 1917, he resided on Egg Harbor Road in Hammonton and worked at the Remington Ammo Company in Eddystone, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. He and Ellen lived at 3319 Spring Garden Street in Philadelphia in 1920 where he was a ships reamer. In the 1930 and 1940 census documents, their residence was 506 North East Avenue in Vineland, Cumberland County, NJ where Charles was a self-employed huckster of fruit and produce.

Charles died in February of 1975 at the age of 83.
