Leonard Roggerman (1885-1966) (left), uncle of Mildred (Roggerman) Heiden, and his wife, Mary, lived at 112 Pearl Street in Dundee, Michigan until about 1930. Then, they moved to a refurbished house at 650 Pearl Street.

Len was a handyman around town and had several ads or articles included in The Dundee Reporter from 1911 to 1940.

Leonard's father, Charles John Roggerman (right), Mildred's grandfather, also lived at this address. On March 15, 1941, he died as the result of accidentally setting fire to his clothing while lighting his pipe in a living room chair. He was 86 years old at the time.
