Cloe Irine Klatt, age 27 of Monroe, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2025 due to injuries she sustained from an auto accident.

Born February 14, 1998 in Monroe, Cloe was the daughter of Richard and Anita (Kelley) Klatt. She attended Monroe Public Schools and was currently employed as a Supervisor at Howard Ternes Packaging in Monroe.

Cloe Irine Klatt was a beacon of sunshine and an unwavering friend. Cloe's love for the outdoors was infectious; she found joy and peace soaking up the sun, especially at the beach. Her cat, Hex, was the light of her life, receiving all the love she had to give.

Beyond her sunny disposition, Cloe had a creative mind, often immersed in building intricate Lego sets. More than anything, Cloe will be remembered for her boundless empathy and willingness to help others. She was a constant source of support, always there to lend a hand or a listening ear.

Cloe's memory will forever be cherished by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering kindness.

Cloe is survived by her parents of Monroe; two brothers, Richard Klatt, Jr. and Robert (Katie Stevens) Klatt, both of Monroe; aunt, Marilyn Allred; uncle, Michael Jason Gray; cousins, Cindy Allred, Mark Devyak, Kaia Lynch, Megan Wood, Aubree Wood, and Christopher Kelley; and nephew Grayson.

Cloe was preceded in death by grandparents: Frances Irine Kelley; James “Jimmy” Kelley; and Otto and Elsie Klatt; and uncle, Lewis Rocky Kelley.

Visitation and funeral will be held at Bacarella Funeral Home on Wednesday, Oct. 8th. Visiting hours will be from 11 a.m. until funeral at 1 p.m. Rev. Rick Massingill, pastor of North Monroe Street Church of God will officiate. Cremation will follow in accordance with family wishes.
