The 1950 U.S. Census has August John Heiden, age 49, living with his widowed mother, Emma (Stock) Heiden, age 69, at 2847 Railroad Street in Ida, Michigan.

At least that is what the summary page says on Ancestry.com. The actual census sheet includes the number 2847 but does not mention Railroad Street. Subsequent Google searches did not find a Railroad Street in Ida.
