From what we have
been able to learn, Herman and Reka Heiden lived on
this farm during the late 1930s and the 1940s. This
was a110 acre farm located on the old US-27 road
which ran in front of the house.
Shortly after their
50th Wedding Anniversary in 1950, they moved into a
house in the town of Shepherd.
